These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders, deliveries, and services provided via the online shop rivassi.com

  • 2.2. By clicking the "Buy Now" or "Complete Order" button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

  • 2.3. The contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed via email or the goods are dispatched.

3. Pricing

  • 3.1. All stated prices are in Libras(£).

  • 3.2. Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately during the checkout process.

  • 3.3. We reserve the right to make price changes.

4. Payment Terms

  • 4.2. The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

  • 4.3. The goods remain the property of RIVASSI WATCHES CO until full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

  • 5.2. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • 5.3. Should a product be unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

The conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the corresponding Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. Warranty and Liability
