Returns and Refunds Policy

RIVASSI WATCHES CO Effective Date: January 2026.

At RIVASSI WATCHES CO, we place great importance on quality, transparency, and a secure shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following return and refund conditions apply.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, provided that the legal requirements are met. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, took possession of the goods.

2. Requirements for a Return

A return is only possible if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The watch is unworn and unused.

  • All protective films, seals, and tags are fully intact and undamaged.

  • The item is in its original condition.

  • The original packaging and all accessories are present and complete.

Note: Watches with signs of wear or removed protective films are excluded from the right of return.

3. Return Process

Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed. After reviewing your request, you will receive further information regarding the return shipment.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The costs for return shipping will be covered by RIVASSI WATCHES CO, provided that the return conditions are strictly met.

5. Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed:

  • Via the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Within 7 working days following a successful inspection.

6. Exchanges

An exchange for a different model is possible, provided that:

  • The return conditions are met.

  • The exchange takes place within the withdrawal period.

Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Defective or Faulty Products

Should a product show a verifiable flaw or defect, we offer — depending on the situation — an exchange or a full refund.

8. Exclusion of Return Rights

A return is excluded in the case of:

  • Worn or used watches.

  • Damage caused by improper handling.

  • Water damage outside the specified water resistance ratings.

  • Interventions or repairs carried out by unauthorised third parties.
